Advice
For your own comfort, we request that new clients arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment booked time in order to register and complete a client record card. Your details will be kept on record for return visits so that we can tailor our treatments to your needs. It is recommended that valuable items be left at home as The Parlour accepts no responsibility for any mislaid items. The Parlour salon is strictly no smoking. Please switch your mobile phone to silent mode whilst in the salon to avoid disturbing other clients.
Latecomers
At The Parlour we work to a timetable and arriving late will reduce the time available for your treatment, diminishing its effectiveness and your relaxation. It may not be possible to accommodate latecomers.
Cancellation policy
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment or you will be charged for the time reserved. When booking packages credit card details or a gift voucher reference will be required, non-attendance will result in the full treatment charge being made.
Gratuities
Our best reward is your personal recommendation, gratuities are left to your discretion.
Service Terms & Conditions
At The Parlour you will experience an unparalleled level of service and we are so confident of this, that in the unlikely event you are unhappy about any aspect of treatment received, we will re-do or provide an alternative treatment (within 1 week of initial treatment) of equal value completely free of charge. No refunds in any circumstances. To qualify for this guarantee any problems must be reported and seen at the salon by a manager within 48 hours of the initial treatment so that we can confirm that an unsatisfactory treatment has been carried out.
In the event of a complaint The Parlour Salon does require the client to come in to The Parlour within 48 hours of the treatment being carried out so we as a company can talk to you in person to see the condition of the complaint ourselves. We will not make commitments simply over the phone.
If we agree an unsatisfactory service has been performed, we will offer to book in a re-do or provide you with a gift voucher. The original service will not be refunded. The Parlour Salon will not give cash, cheque or credit card refunds for any reason for any services. We will work with you to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.
Product Returns
The Parlour will refund a product returned within 14 days of purchase as long as it is unopened and in perfect condition and you must be able to show your receipt of purchase. A refund will be given by the same method of original payment however; several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Lipsticks, eye and skin products where seals have been broken and opened. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Gift Vouchers expire 6 months after date of purchase. In extreme cases we may be able to extend your gift voucher but this must be done before the gift voucher expires.
- Gift Vouchers are non refundable and have no cash value.
- Gift Vouchers can be used on services, products or courses.
- The physical Gift Voucher must be presented when checking out at time of service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers will not be accepted if not physically given at time of check out. If you forget your gift voucher you will be required to make alternative payment and use the gift voucher on a future service.
